PRIVACY INFORMATION
updated to EU Reg 2016/679
(European Regulation on the protection of personal data)

1) Introduction

Revirent takes your privacy seriously and is committed to respecting it. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the personal data processing activities carried out by Revirent through the revirent.it site (Site) and the related commitments undertaken in this sense by the Company. Revirent may process the user's personal data when they visit the Site and use the services and features on the Site. In the sections of the Site where the user's personal data are collected, specific information is normally published pursuant to art. . 13 /15 of EU Reg. 2016/679.
Where required by EU Reg. 2016/679, the user's consent will be requested before proceeding with the processing of his personal data. If the user provides personal data of third parties, he must ensure that the communication of the data to Revirent and the subsequent processing for the purposes specified in the applicable privacy information complies with EU Reg. 2016/679 and with the applicable legislation.

2) Type of data processed

Visiting and consulting the Site does not generally involve the collection and processing of the user's personal data except for navigation data and cookies as specified below. In addition to the so-called "navigation data" (see below), personal data voluntarily provided by the user may be processed when he interacts with the features of the Site or requests to use the services offered on the Site. In compliance with the Privacy Code, Revirent may also collect your personal data from third parties in the course of its business.

3) Cookies and navigation data

In accordance with the provision of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data of 8 May 2014, containing "Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies", Revirent intends to inform the user of the following .

General information about cookies

When you access Revirent or use one of our services, our system may set or read cookies and/or other types of identifiers about the browser and/or device you are using.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the computer of anyone viewing a website for the purpose of recording certain information relating to the visit as well as creating a system for recognizing the user even at later times. Device identifiers, on the other hand, are generated by collecting and processing certain information such as the IP address and/or user agent (browser version, operating system type and version) or other characteristics of the device, always in order to reconnect certain information to a specific user.

A website can set a cookie on the browser only if the preferences configured for the latter allow it. It is important to know that a browser can allow a particular website to access only and exclusively the cookies set by it and not those set by other websites: there is no risk for your privacy in this sense.

Practices relating to cookies and other similar technologies

Revirent uses cookies or other identifiers for a variety of reasons, including:

Process statistical analyzes (analytics) regarding the use of the site and/or the services incorporated therein. Conduct research to improve the content, products and services of Revirent or its partners.

Revirent DOES NOT directly use any profiling cookies : the only cookies generated and managed directly by Revirent are the so-called technical cookies (which are used only and exclusively to correctly offer the services offered to the public) and, in an extremely limited way, analytics cookies (which are used to count the number of readings on the various pages of the site and/or for other statistical purposes). However, we inform users that through our pages profiling cookies may be generated by third parties (Ref. "Cookies from other companies").

Cookies from other companies

Revirent integrates, within its pages, third-party services that may set up and use their own cookies and/or similar technologies. The use of these cookies and similar technologies by these companies is governed by the privacy policies of these companies and not by this information, as Revirent is totally unrelated to the management of these tools and the processing of data deriving from them.

We provide below a (non-exhaustive) list of some of the partner companies that may use cookies while you browse the Revirent site:

Google Analytics ( information ) Google+ ( information ) Facebook ( information ) YouTube ( information )

Google Analytics Cookies

This site makes use of the service offered by Google Analytics in order to have a complete and reliable statistics service regarding the use of the site itself. In order to guarantee users' privacy as rigorously as possible, we inform you that we have taken steps to anonymize the IPs (therefore Google Analytics will make the user/visitor's IP address anonymous as soon as this is technically possible in the most upstream of the network where the data collection takes place).

The Data Controller also informs that he has accepted the Data Processing Amendment (Google Analytics Data Processing Amendment) made available by Google Analytics in compliance with Directive 95/46/EC. In particular, by virtue of this amendment, Google guarantees that it will process the personal data recorded through the service only within the limits of the instructions given by the site manager and not to share them with other Google services unless this has been explicitly requested and authorized by the owner of the site itself.

In view of the above, the user is informed that the advertising and data sharing options with Google have not been activated and that Google Analytics has not been connected to any additional service: therefore, the processing is carried out for mere statistical purposes and therefore, on the basis of what is explicitly provided for by the Privacy Guarantor, Analytics cookies have been equated to technical cookies and as such installed without the user's prior consent.

Disable cookies

You can configure your browser to accept or reject all cookies or particular types of cookies (for example third-party cookies) or you can choose to be notified whenever a cookie is set on your computer.
